The second conference in the course of TRANSFER INTERNATIONAL took place on the 22nd of October 2016 in the Vertretung des Landes NRW bei der Europäischen Union in Brussels. It was dedicated to „Digital Culture“ – the second mayor topic of this project. Again, more than 40 renowned experts in this field got together to discuss the many facets of digital culture, and particularly the complex challenges that artists as well as institutions are faced with when working with digital means: conceptually, intelectually, practically but also legaly.

The exchange of experiences, ideas and visions made this meeting a great day of inspiring discussions. And we are very much looking forward to continuing the dialogues started during TRANSFER INTERNATIONAL.
